The Madison ChopHouse Grille was started by Avado Brands, in 1996. In search of the best steak, Pat Reams decided to take over this casual dining restaurant in 2006 and perfected a blend of ingredients to create an amazing Prime Rib. We have strived to do all we can to cook amazing food and create a great atmosphere. As well as being a great local staple, all profits from our restaurant are put back into our local schools and community.
